CAPECA SPECIALTY COOP (Brazil)

The BLUE blend contains specialty coffees from CAPECA, a cooperative specialized in coffee cultivation. Campos Altos, the area in which it operates, stands out for having one of the best coffees in Brazil.

For the BLUE blend we use this coffee grown by the members of the cooperative in the CAMPOS ALTOS - MG area, the highest part of the CERRADO MINEIRO at altitudes between 1050 and 1250 meters, with a high quality of drink (82 SCAA points). Tasty combination of chocolate, Nutella, brown sugar, cinnamon and dried fruit, with a dense body of medium-high intensity, low malic acidity and a persistent finish, with notes of toffee. Sweet and balanced

 

COOPETARRAZÚ (COSTA RICA)

Our BLUE blend also contains a specialty coffee from Costa Rica, grown by women only. The women of the project Coffee Woman they lean on CoopeTarrazu for coffee processing.

This batch is subjected to the classic processing method WASHED

Costa Rica is known for its wet or "washed" coffee processing process. This method involves removing the pulp and fermenting the beans before drying. The manufacturing process affects the cleanliness and clarity of the coffee's flavor profile.

 

SERRANO SUPERIOR (CUBA)

Coffee characterized by an aroma of tobacco, hazelnut, cocoa, very low acidity, with a long-lasting bitter chocolate aftertaste. Arabica washed, dried in the sun at 1300-1400 meters above sea level. Not far from Santiago de Cuba, in the mountains of Sierra Maestra, expert hands produce this coffee.
